GOOD TO KNOW
This is a multi-home booking designed for one larger group booking multiple properties together.
Because these are historic homes, you will find antique features, unique layouts, and plenty of character that comes with older New England properties. That is a big part of their charm.
These homes are best suited for guests who appreciate thoughtful details, warm hospitality, and a stay that feels more personal than standard.
If you are planning a celebration, reunion, or wedding-related stay, feel free to reach out with details about your group so we can help you determine if this setup is the right fit.
ALL HOMES
• These are historic homes, so wide-plank floors may creak, doors may stick a bit with weather changes, and some original windows can feel drafty in winter
• The Old Mystic Fire Station is nearby, so you may hear sirens at times
DENISON HOME & WILLIAMS HOME
• Located on Main Street in Old Mystic, so they can be busier during the day and quieter in the evenings
CARRIAGE HOUSE
• The upstairs apartment has its own exterior entrance and stairwell
SMITH COTTAGE
• Open concept, with a partition wall around the first-floor king sleeping area rather than a fully enclosed bedroom
• The loft queen bed is accessed by steep ladder-style stairs and is not recommended for younger children or guests with mobility or balance concerns
WILLIAMS HOME
• The attic sleeping area is open to the TV lounge, so there is not full separation between that sleeping space and the common area
• The Cordage Suite has a very high bed, and bed steps are provided
• Guests staying in the Cooperage Room and the Williams Home attic sleeping area share the full bathroom in the back hallway
DEBBIE & PAUL SUPPORT
You’ll enjoy easy self-check-in, and we live about 10 minutes away should anything come up during your stay. We always respect your space and privacy, but we are happy to help with questions or local recommendations anytime.
During longer stays, you may briefly see one of us outside watering plants or bringing bins to the curb, especially if your stay includes a Wednesday night.
A FEW FINAL WORDS
Time away together is precious, and it can be hard to find a place that feels both special and comfortable for a larger group. This collection of homes was made for meaningful gatherings, the kind where memories are made over coffee, shared meals, laughter in the yard, and late-night chats after a full day in Mystic.
We would be delighted to host your group and welcome you to our little corner of coastal New England.
