Your Treasure Map to Our Doorstep
Address
X Marks the Spot: 46 Main Street, Old Mystic (Stonington), CT. But, shh… don’t set your sails to this directly.
Set your course and type “Holly Hock Farms Antiques” into your map (41 Main Street, Old Mystic, CT). This landmark, across the street from the Williams Home property, will guide you to us.
For extra assurance, look for Old Mystic United Methodist Church (44 Main Street Old Mystic). It stands as a beacon beside the Williams Home and Smith Cottage. Ensure it’s within view as you approach.
Charting the Mystical Waters
Mystic spans two shores—Stonington (east) and Groton (west), divided by the Mystic River’s embrace. Our haven lies in Stonington’s embrace, near the Head O’ Mystic River. A twin-town tale that can mystify—now, hopefully, less so in that, you can find your way to us more easily.
Setting Your Course
- Chart your course by exiting at 90 off I-95.
- Steer north on RT 27, heading away from the Mystic Seaport Museum, and set your compass towards Old Mystic, CT.
- Navigate the scenic route for less than 2 miles.
- Before a three-way stop, Holly Hock Farm Antiques will be on the left, and Old Mystic United Methodist Church will be on the right. On the church side, you’ll see the Williams Home, a large blue colonial beauty, and the Smith Cottage property, your charming abode.
- Secret Driveway Entrance: Hidden from the untrained eye, especially after dusk. Look for the two red reflectors after the church and beside the hedge. Our sign, a banner of red and white stripes marked “Williams Home and Smith,” will welcome you home.
Anchorage and Arrival
Our shared driveway can dock five vessels, three for the Williams Home and two for the Smith Cottage. Park looking towards the Smith Cottage, the building with the red metal roof. Should your crew be sailing in with more than two carriages, signal ahead, so we can give you specific directions on where to dock.
Boarding Pass
- On the eve of your arrival, we’ll send you the magic code that unlocks your seafaring haven.
- Ship Smiths staying in the Smith Cottage are granted access to your abode in the front under the porch.
- To enter, punch in your 4-digit code followed by the sturdy Schlage button above – watch for the green flash and turn the knob with the keyhole to the left. Then, turn the handle below, and you’re aboard in safe harbor.
- Should night have fallen, let your phone’s lantern guide your way.
- To lock up when heading out for an adventure, push the Schlage button and turn the knob right (no need to press the secret code)
